The Event
Saturday 5th September 2026.
Entry opens at 12:30pm, with the event running from 1:00pm – 6:00pm.
The Bond, 180–182 Fazeley St, Digbeth, Birmingham B5 5SE. Just 20 minutes walk from Birmingham New Street Station.
Live music, DJ, magicians, face painting and much more!
When you arrive at The Bond, you will be greeted by the host, who will confirm your registration and give you and your registered family members SummerFest wristbands. These wristbands will give you entry to our area and will also contain your drink tokens!
This event is completely free for employees and their immediate families.
Food & Drink
Yes! Food will be served as a hot and cold buffet throughout the event, with all food freshly cooked on site.
Yes! There will be a selection of alcoholic drinks available as part of a tokenised system. Soft drinks will also be available. The venue operates a Challenge 25 policy, so please bring your ID to purchase alcohol.
When you register your attendance, please make us aware of any food allergies and dietary requirements so we can ensure we have something suitable for you.
The venue is cashless, so you will need to pay by card or contactless for any additional purchases.
Guests & Family
You may invite your immediate family and/or partner. We appreciate that some families are larger than others, but we ask guests to be respectful of their party size.
Yes! Your immediate family are warmly welcome and invited to the event.
Unfortunately no, dogs are not permitted at the event.
Travel & Expenses
By Train: The venue is around a 20-minute walk from Birmingham New Street Train Station.
By Car: The venue postcode is B5 5SE. The venue does not have its own car park, however there are plenty in the surrounding area.
With your line manager’s approval, you may expense your travel to the event using your normal cost centre. Where possible, use your Red Spotted Hanky Business Accounts. Only one car can be expensed.
Please obtain line manager approval prior to booking, making efforts to book using Premier Inn Business Account cards. Accommodation can be reclaimed up to a maximum of £150 with a valid receipt. An evening meal for 5th September cannot also be claimed.
On the Day
Yes, there will be a designated smoking area for guests.
Yes, both baby-changing facilities and accessible toilets are available at the venue.
A professional photographer will be present during the event. Photographs may be used for internal communications and shared externally to showcase the event. If you or your guests prefer not to be photographed, please indicate this on the registration form — your wristband will display your preference. Please keep it visible at all times.
